We promote sites through the local plan process, prepare and run planning applications, as well as acting as expert witness at appeal should an application be refused. In addition to overseeing the specialist planning matters, alongside general planning issues, we are also well practised in establishing the market and need for such provision and the accompanying planning benefits. We have particular experience on the issue of Use Class; that is whether specific proposals fall within the C2 or C3 Use Class and the implications for affordable housing requirements.
